Carrier Tape Forming Machine CTF-01 This equipment is the most important part of SMD packaging materials - carrier tape. It is a flat-type carrier tape forming machine. The adjustment in the X and Y directions is achieved through a sliding structure in the groove, ensuring stable performance. The parallelism of the mold can be adjusted in the Z direction, which facilitates uniform heating of the carrier tape surface and cavity forming. It utilizes linear extraction, guided by a light rod, and driven by cylinders. The material feeding and releasing are controlled by sensors to start and stop the motor, capable of handling large reels with a diameter of up to 800mm. Additionally, it has a small size and a compact and reasonable overall structure. The system employs a user-friendly touchscreen control with a separate control panel, making it convenient for technicians to operate and considering human-machine ergonomics.
