XYZ is one of the earliest manufacturers in China specializing in the production of carrier tapes. We can design carrier tape pockets based on the dimensions of the components and provide rapid prototyping to ensure customers receive samples in a timely manner.
All our carrier tapes are manufactured according to EIA standards, and materials such as PC, PET, PP, PS, and PVC can be selected. Not only do we offer material options, but we also provide customization in terms of color, transparency, and surface resistivity. The widths of our carrier tapes range from 8mm to 200mm, with a maximum depth of 30mm. The material thickness depends on the tape design, pockets, and specific requirements of our customers. Our carrier tapes comply with all relevant international standards, such as DIN IEC 60286-3, EIA 481-3, and JIS C 0806. We are also capable of producing carrier tapes that deviate from these standards based on customer requirements.
